Keeping Warm and Healthy this Winter

The lemon is a familiar culinary plant indigenous to tropical Asia, but now grown worldwide. The lemon is considered to be one of the most alkalinizing foods. The cultivation of the lemon in Asia goes back at least two and a half millennia – thus, this plant has a long history of use by human society as a food. Lemons were introduced to Spain and Africa by the Arabs in the twelfth century. The seeds of lemons were also brought back by the Spanish explorer, Christopher Columbus, from the Canary Islands on his second voyage of exploration.

Purpose they did not think it necessary and important to look further into Africa to find other species.

Well, Africa has its own specie of lemon that grows in smaller size and contain stronger biochemical medicinal agents. Its juice extract is stronger in test and more effective.

Today, we looks at tip on staying warm this winter.

Take a cup of tea brewed with freshly squeezed lemon juice and suger, (no milk).
Take during breakfast or before and last thing before retiring to bed.

This will help keep you warmer through the night, relax your system for good sleep while preventing nose blockage for those who are susceptible to nose blockage.
